Connect the Sensor Cam to the built-in standard USB port of your TV. I have downloaded and installed the latest IW Driver and Annotator software, yet I am still not able to use multiple pens on my IW2.Please check the serial number of your IW2. The Interactive Pens of IS-01 and IW2 work on different Infrared frequencies. But do note that when using a power bank with an auto-shut off feature, the power bank will automatically turn off after a few seconds because the Sensor Cam's low electrical draw "tricks" the power bank into thinking it's not powering anything.Can I use IS-01’s Interactive Pen as one of the multiple pens for IW2?No. Connect the Sensor Cam to a power bank. Please remove the battery cover from the Interactive Pen and insert 2 new AAA batteries. The red light coming from the Interactive Pen's tip keeps flickering and the pen trace continually breaks when I write or draw with it.When you find the red light coming from the Interactive Pen's tip starts to flicker or the pen trace continually breaks when you write or draw with it, it could mean the pen's batteries are running out of power. The issue does not go away even after taking out the batteries.Check that no infrared equipment, such as infrared wireless microphone, is in use close to the Sensor Cam as they may interfere with the Sensor Cam. The cursor on my screen is jumping around abnormally when I am not using the Interactive Pen. Create windows boot disk for macThe Sensor Cam LED indicator should blink alternately between Orange and Green. Press the Pairing Button for 3 seconds to enter Pairing Mode. The Sensor Cam LED indicator should show a blinking Orange.Note: Do NOT plug the Wireless Receiver into your computer’s USB port during this step. Power up the Sensor Cam. Place the Sensor Cam within 1.6 ft (50cm) of your computer. That said, if you are using a replacement Wireless Receiver or Sensor Cam, you need to pair them before use. ![]()
